Jameka's Question: Ehh, I always fail during the holiday time. No matter what I do, all of the food gets to me! Any suggestions for not going crazy during the holiday time as far as food goes?
Sierra's Answer: This is something that everyone deals with. No one wants to go visit someone and not sample a piece of the meal. It's almost direspectful not to eat! So, here's your plan of attack. We all have those certain foods that we like from certain people, right? Well that's your answer! Only eat what's good at each stop. That way you'll have one full meal by the end of your day instead of having 3 or more hearty entrees. Plus, spreading the meal throughout the day will give your body time to digest and really decide on how hungry it is when you pull up to good ol' aunt Sally's house and you smell her sweet potatoe pie from the street. And if anyone asks why you aren't stuffing your face, just simply say you want to save room for every place you go. That will get you off the hook from facing those dreadful comments on why you're trying to watch your weight and not drinking your gravy like everyone else.
