Diet or Exercise?

This week's Tweetin Thursdays question was:

"When it comes to achieving a healthier lifestyle, do you think your biggest obstacle is/has been diet OR exercise?

-BOTH!

-ppl seem to only do one at a time, that is eat healthier, or workout; it takes a lot of dedication to do both

- DIET!

-Exercise! I need more of it.

-Exercise...its hard to find the time and energy, especially after work.

-Uh, both...

-Hands down diet, my soon to be Hubby is a Personal Trainer so exercise is not a biggie but my food, I love.

-Exercise.....it's harder to motivate myself during the winter months.....I'm trying to do better though....

-Diet..and my hormones and metabolism all play a major role now that I'm in my forties. :-(

- Same for me its both I will be on track with exercise and eating right for like a week or so! Then one trip to a fast food place and everything is out the door!  



Thanks for participating! This is going to help with figuring out what to focus the "healthy living" posts on! Looks like many people struggle with both, but exercise has been something that many people continue to mention! 

Sadly, I (Jameka) am struggling with it too lol, so we'll learn together! I DID do TaeBo last night though *high fives self and jabs right* lol
