DISCLAIMER: This isn't a diet. No sure-proof plan to drop 100 lbs in 10 minutes. It's just baby steps to lead a healthier lifestyle, which in turn will help lose weight, among other things.
We'll "meet" back on the discussion board on FB next Sunday (July 31) to talk about what went well, what didn't, how to make the next week harder, etc.
Here's the checklist for the week! It's similar to last week's, just a little bit harder!
________ Eat a healthy breakfast daily
________ 8 hours of sleep daily
________ Work out at least THREE times for at least 30 minutes
________ ONLY drink water
________ Take a multi-vitamin.
________ Eat fast-food only ONE day this week
In order for something to become habit, you have to 1) be consciously working at it and 2) do it for at least 30 days. That is the goal of the items on the checklist! Watch and see!
