WEEK 3: Healthy Living Challenge



DISCLAIMER: This isn't a diet. No sure-proof plan to drop 100 lbs in 10 minutes. It's just baby steps to lead a healthier lifestyle, which in turn will help lose weight, among other things.
 We'll "meet" back on the discussion board on FB next Sunday (August 7) to talk about what went well, what didn't, how to make the next week harder, etc.

Here's the checklist for the week! It's similar to last week's, just a little bit harder!




________ Work out at least THREE day for at least 35 minutes
________ 8 hours of sleep daily
________ Drink 64 oz of water daily.
________ Take a multi-vitamin.
________ Eat fast-food only ONE day this week
________ Eat a healthy breakfast daily
________ Try a new vegetable this week!
 
In order for something to become habit, you have to 1) be consciously working at it and 2) do it for at least 30 days. That is the goal of the items on the checklist! Watch and see!

    i wish I had seen this 3 weeks ago. I would have liked to join. I need to lose quite a few.
