Hey everybody. Last week was just a bit too much for me, at work and I could not even post. I do apologize. In the midst of some extreme ghettoness, I had to reevaluate some things, but I'm back now (yaaayyy). Let's get to it.I am an avid youtube watcher and I love inspirational or positive youtubers. I was going through "txcutie75's" videos and I came across a "single ladies" tag that I thought it was really cute and short. I'll go first and then you guys can do it in the comment section.
1. Why are you single?
A. Several reasons, but the one that started it all has to be not finding the right person for me. I have a very "colorful" (hehehe) personality and it's not many people, let alone men, who can deal with it. So I'm waiting, but not holding my breath.
2. What do you love about being single?
A. Not having to answer to someone. you can basically get up and go where ever you like and not have to explain yourself.
3. What do you miss about being in a relationship?
A. Conversation. I like o talk to people, in person, and I don't have that anymore (platonic friends don't count).
4. What are "they" missing out on?
A. All of this (lol). For real, they are missing out on a very intelligent, thoughtful, caring, outspoken, business oriented and loving woman, who has at least one more child in her (tick tock).
5. When was the last time you rejected someone?
A. WOW!! I'm not sure. Men don't really accept "no" for an answer, so I rarely reject anyone, but if I had to pick a time, it would have to had been a month ago. I was waiting for the bus and I saw the guy slowly easing towards me. I gave him my number, but we only spoke like 2 times, because he was calling me at the weirdest times of the night.

1. I wish I knew! Lol. I think it's because I am not completely comfortable with myself yet, and I have a lot of internal work to do before God brings someone in my life.
ReplyDelete2. Honestly, not having to go through that awkward phase when everyone is trying to be perfect. Plus, I can burp and fart as much as I like and no gives me crap about it.
3. Everything really. The thoughtfulness, the romance, the conversations, the closeness. I love love, and I miss it in my life.
4. Someone who still has a little way to go, but is always willing to listen, love, compromise, support, and encourage.
5. Um... last week when I was on my way to Pittsburgh. A guy tried to talk to me at the metro and he was clearly drunk and/or high. I told him I had a boyfriend... lol. Lame.

ReplyDeleteI have no clue why I don't know when someone responds or why my name is "anonymous", btu those were great reasons. At least you are honest with yourself (most of us are not). That #2 answer was hilarious. We'll get there in time. In the mean time, enjoy the single life. Ciao!!!
