Product Review: Brendita's Body Works Restorative Deep Conditioner

Price:  $16.00 for 8 oz

Product Description
Deep Conditions with Silk Protein. Protects, Strengthens and Restores pH Balance in Fine, Thin and Fragile Hair. 90% Organic Ingredients.

A restorative, repairing deep conditioning treatment is absolutely ESSENTIAL for healthy hair. Regular or "instant" conditioning is important and necessary to immediately restore the moisture and natural oils washed away during the process of cleansing the hair. It does not, however, provide the long term benefits of a deep conditioning treatment. While there is no miracle cure to repair split ends or severely damaged hair, an effective deep conditioning treatment restores hairs vitality and strengthens it by penetrating the hairs cuticles, filling it with nutrients.
For any deep conditioning treatment to be fully effective an external source of low and controlled heat is needed: The mild heat* causes the cuticles of each hair to "open up". The deep treatment is now able to enter the hair shaft and bring with it nutrients and moisture to the cortex (center) of the hair. This must-have deep conditioner is mildly scented with a blend of organic essential oils of bergamot and lemon. It is also available fragrance free.
* The low heat needed for a proper deep conditioning treatment is not at all damaging to the hair. It should not be confused with the high temperatures that are used to blow dry, flat iron or hot curl the hair for styling.

Ingredients: Organic Aloe Juice, Cetyl Alcohol, Stearyl Alcohol, Hydrolized Silk Amino Acids, Wheat Protein, Pro Vitamin B, Vitamin E, Organic Chamomile Extract, Organic Castor Seed Oil, Kosher Vegetable Glycerin, Lactic Acid, Citric Acid, (May Contain) Organic Essential Oils

My Review: This product has become a new staple for my hair! Yes- surpassed Shea Moisture’s Restorative Deep Conditioner. This conditioner has the perfect consistency as it is perfectly thick while not being TOO thick, if you know what I mean. It’s easy to work through the hair but I can feel that it’s revitalizing my hair at the same time. It reminds me a lot of the consistency of Herbal Essences Hello Hydration. I have not used it as a deep conditioning treatment, however, I may incorporate that into my regimen. For now, I am satisfied with the results I get from it being a quick and easy rinse-out conditioner!

The Short and Sweet: 5 out of 5! Great smell. Great consistency. Consistent results!
