First, I just want to announce that I'm blogging from my iPhone and I'm more than excited. Excuse any typos though!
Today is day 7 of my Meatless January and I'm feelin good feelin great! I've eaten a mix of fruits, veggies, and healthier snacks all week. I've also been eating veggie burgers and veggie sausage egg and cheese biscuits and I can't complain!
I just picked up lunch from a vegetarian Chinese food restaurant in Northern Virginia. I was skeptical at first but surprisingly it's soooooo yummy! The "chicken" is made of soy and it comes with steamed vegetables and organic brown rice for $7.60.
BTW I've lost 2.5 pounds this week!
This looks really tasty and the 'chicken' looks great. I would have never known it was soy.
