Do you have standards?

I can't belive my post disappeared.  Arrgh!!!  Anyhoo...  Hey yall.  It's been a while, so let's get right into it.

What's up with all the broken relationships?  I use to think that marriage was forever and people in relationships, strove to be married.  Un un...  I am truly mistaken.  I have seen more bad relationships, the past few months that I can stand.  I just want the single ladies to know that you do not have to settle for just anything.  You can have standards and the man who really wants you, will be all that you want and more.

It seems like women are accepting anything fromt hese men without having any say so whatsoever.  How is it that Chrissy has taken a ring over the pain?  Why did Emily receive the worst advice ever?  Why is your friend still with dude after he has cheated on her more than you have fingers?  I wish I had the answers to all these questions and more.

After being single for all these years I don't believe I can settle and be happy.  Relationships take work and both parites have to give 100% (forget 50%), in order for things to sustain in this day and age.  Ladies, I am not bashing anyone's decision to stay with someone, when it seems they should go.  What I am doing, is trying to encourage women to have some standards and know what they wanty.  The right man will come along and understand your needs as well as your wants.  Patience is the key.
