#Healthyliving Journey/Robinanthony.com

I've been randomly updating via different social media (YT vid, Facebook, and Twitter) about my healthy living journey and figured I'd go ahead and go into depth with likes on here.

Vegetarianism- For the most part I've been following a pescatarian diet (vegetarian with occasional seafood) since January. I do eat the occasional turkey bacon. When I first started, I was reliant on "look-alike" meats such as veggie burgers, veggie sausage, veggie chicken, etc. etc. I have since weaned myself off of that. My biggest goal to overcome now is replacing some of the junky stuff I eat with more fruits and veggies... still a work in progress. Last week, I challenged myself to eat a strawberry smoothie for breakfast and caesar salad with spinach leaves for dinner and I was pretty successful with that.

Weight Loss Supplements- My mom started using supplements from www.robinanthony.com and while I completed ignored the fact that she was taking them, she soon started telling me, almost DAILY, about all the clothes in her closet that were now too big or clothes that once were too small that now fit. Every week she'd have me take a picture of her so she could document how small she's getting. It's been about 3 months and she has lost 20+ pounds and counting. Needless to say, when I realized she was beginning to approach my dress size/weight, I had to get with it and lose some weight too lol. Here's what we use:
  • DROP SLIM PLUS- It's an herbal appetite suppressant that boosts your energy levels, makes you want to drink extra water, and helps you to overcome your sugar cravings. You take it in the morning and it does all that it claims it to do.. honestly. You might recall that I was giving up coffee for a week awhile ago; I was a coffee addict. Like, I literally could not make it through the day without one large cup of coffee in the morning..... I haven't had a cup of coffee in 2 months and literally have had more energy these last 2 months than ever. LOL my co-workers know... I will be up working on stuff until 2am, get to school at 7:45, and can do laps around them with the amount of energy that I manage to have thanks to the supplement. I also snack much less and don't find myself just mindlessly eating like I used to.
  • COLON CLEANSE- LOL this makes me laugh just thinking about it. Pretty much, the whole point of the colon cleanser is that a lot of weight gain is due to old toxic waste in your body that doesn't come out. So the colon cleanse can be taken as frequently as needed to help remove that waste through... well, you know. lolololololololol

STILL WORKING ON EXERCISE. However, my increase in energy has me walking and power walking through hallways at school, so I've been getting some energy that way lol.

ALL IN ALL- I've lost 10 pounds in counting within the last 7 weeks or so, so I'll take it. I'm starting to get my eating in control and that's been a huge help; imagine the results if I was working out with fidelity... work in progress, right?  For now, I'm enjoying the fact that the number on the scale continues to go down and my clothes are fitting wayyyy differently. I'm having to add extra belt loops because all of my waist belts that used to be too small are now falling off my waist. SO I'm hype.com lol

PS don't play me for my orange toga. The point is to get a visual of my slim down! U can kind of see my waist and arms are smaller.
