Protective Updo Hair Styles for Work & Leisure

Here's a list of styles you can rock to work, a business meeting, or an event that requires you to look professional. These are all protective hair styles that can be worn on an every day basis, especially during the cold winter months.

You will notice that most of the women in these videos have longer natural hair (Can't really find nice styles by the shorter hair ladies, but if you know me, I'll add my own spin on it to make it work for my length. If that means more sections, then so be it. If that means no hang time, then pin it up. Whatever the style--I make it work! You may need to do the same. :)

I will try and make ALL these styles work for me and then make a post pics of my hair with the corresponding video link so you can see that shorter hair can be styled.

  1. These styles are lovely. Thanks for sharing. But some of the links don't work. I just tried the Jamaican Braiding Hair Updo and Updo with Braid out in Front by MsVaughn, but they are giving an error. Can you please update the post with the correct links? It would be greatly appreciated.
