FANMAIL: Product Suggestions!

We received a letter from one of our readers yesterday and her product suggestions are some that you all could utilize!

Hey,

I love you blog and videos, and am currently using the Shea Moisture products and love them! One product that I think you should try is the Organic Root Stimulator Edge Control. You can buy it anywhere for under $5. If I want to wear a wash and go, I put it on my edges, and tie down just the edges, and it immediately slicks them down for a polished look. Unlike gel, it doesn't make my hair hard and eventually disintegrates leaving my edges very soft and moisturized. I even use it when I do sew-ins on my hair and with the silk scarf, I get the results of a relaxer.

Another product that I love, is Africare 100% Glycerin. My friend told me about this product and it keeps my curls shined and moisturized ALL DAY. It also doesn't make it sticky. I've tried the Ilora Glycerin, and Rosewater but its really watery, and I prefer the thickness of the 100% Glycerin.

I love your blog as a natural recent college graduate, and also as a Delta. My best friends are both AKAs and people always think its weird.
