Weight At the Beginning of May: 154
What habits did you change this month?
- Increased fruit intake
- Tried more vegetable variety
- Getting 8+ hours of sleep
- Stressed less, thanks to school being done!
- Daily powerwalks with my mom! (OK they were daily for one week lol)
Did you try anything new? Did you like it?
- Zumba (ehh, Zumba is hyped out. For a dance class, it was great!)
- Rock Climbing (hmph! lol)
- An all-vegetarian restaurant (DELICIOSO! I had vegan General Tso's chicken! sooo good!)
- Pure fruit juices and fruit smoothies (LOVE THEM! I'm drinking a smoothie as I type)
- Turkey everything! I've eaten turkey bacon and turkey sausage faithfully lol
How do you feel?
- I feel great! A lot of the new things I've tried and habit changed weren't on purpose. I'm still not weight-loss obsessed. I was sooo shocked to see what the scale said. That motivated me to do more. I have done very little exercise over the time that I've lost the 8.5 pounds. The loss has been from changing my lifestyle habits and eating habits... so imagine what would happen if I got active consistently!
Any thoughts..
- The weight is coming off, but I look the same lol... most likely because I'm lagging in the exercise department. I'm really striving to do more. I have to set limits for the computer because I literally am on here all day. I do pilates ever so often, and I do some work with my resistance band, but I need to do more!
Weight at the end of the month: 152.5
In a previous post, I said my goal was to get to 152 by May, but I'd be happy if I could just get down to 155 or 157. BAM! I've passed that and am getting ready to pass 152! lol
