Last Week's Car Accident -___-

Last week I was in a car accident. No worries; I'm perfectly fine. I was driving down the street near my house when a big truck hit me out of NOWHERE, causing me to slide and then spin around into the opposite lane. My car now has a huge crater in it, but that's not the point of this post.

The point is, God is so good and He protects his children. I am so thankful for God's protection on the highways and byways. So many of us take driving and riding in cars for granted, because we do it so often, but each and every time we get to a destination safely, we need to thank God, because it's something to be thankful for.

I'm soooo sensitive, and I didn't even cry lol. God is sooo good, y'all. I can't say it enough.

I know it was not a coincidence that:

• there was no oncoming traffic once my car got pushed into the other lane
• once pushed into the other lane, I was pushed, turning into the right direction
• so if anyone in that lane would have hit me, they would have hit me in the bank, instead of a head-on collision. If you didn't know, it's much harder to survive a head-on collision.

the damage wasn't anything that's irreplaceable.

it happened within 3 miles of my house, so I could easily call my parents.

the song that came on the radio right after talked about "There's safety in the arms of the Lord."

As soon as I got out of the car, I saw what appeared to be glass and was sooo blown because I knew that a busted window is costly. However, as I looked it, I realized it was crumbs from a glazed doughnut I ate the day before. LOL!!!!!

I couldn't let something like that happen without sharing it with others. God's grace is truly amazing!
