Be A PND @ Home: Guacamole Success!!

I have a dinner party,"Movie Night in Mexico", coming up soon and am going to try my hand at making all the fixins for rice bowls, on top of guacamole. So I figured that rather than just try out the recipes the day of, I'd practice beforehand to get it just right *in Goldilock's voice*

So I figured I'd start with the guacamole. I tweeted that I was going to make it like, 2 days ago, but my avocados weren't ripe. So they've been in the fridge, and I've been patiently waiting for them to ripen lol.

I didn't follow a specific recipe. I just googled several, watched several videos, and went to the store to see if I could make it do what it do, baby! lol

Ingredients:
RIPE Avocados
1 Tomato
Cilantro
Green Pepper
Lime Juice (squeezed from a lime)

Guacamole is a great choice of dip because it's made from vegetables, completely. If you make it yourself, you can guarantee no additives or preservatives are in it, and you know it's unprocessed. It's a wonderful, healthy choice of dip!

Now, in my opinion, it's an acquired taste. You have to eat it fresh several times before falling in love with it. I didn't like it until I went with Pamela Jenkins (@KoilsbyNature) to Rosa Mexicana at the National Harbor and had them make it fresh in front of us!

ALSO, go light on the cilantro! If you put too much in, it will have your food tasting like soap/detergent! LOL (I know from personal experience)
