Get On The Good Foot!!!!

Yesterday I posted this status on the FB page:
OK this week I.AM.DETERMINED. to get 8 hours of sleep daily, eat a healthy breakfast every morning, eat fast-food less, work out at least 3 times ,and only drink water! WHO'S WITH ME!?! *fist pumps* #teamhealthyliving

29 people liked it and 6 people verbalized that they were with me!

This isn't a diet. No sure-proof plan to drop 100 lbs in 10 minutes. It's just baby steps to lead a healthier lifestyle, which in turn will help lose weight, among other things.
 We'll "meet" back on FB next Sunday to talk about what went well, what didn't, how to make the next week harder, etc.

Here's the checklist for the week! It's simple!
________ 8 hours of sleep daily
________ Eat a healthy breakfast daily
________ Eat fast-food less
________ Work out at least 3 times this week
________ ONLY drink water



I'll post tips throughout the week that can help this not seem so "strict". Like, adding lemon to water to better quench your appetite, packing snacks, etc.
