Quick and Easy YT Workouts!


TIME is a big deterrence when it comes to working out! IDK about you, but I need 30 hours in a day instead of these measely 24! LOL

Below are some quick and easy workouts that are FREE and QUICK! The great thing about workouts on YT is that most videos can only be between 10-20 minutes, so you're most likely to find quick ones to do!

NOTE: Remember, 20 minutes of working out a day MAY NOT give cause you to drop 100 pounds in 1 day, BUT most people want small and consistent gains, which is how this will help! You can also combine some of the mini-workouts in order to get a longer workout! Try a cardio workout and then a toning workout!

Cardio

  1. I have Comcast and have started doing their OnDemand workouts. Mine as well take advantage of the content since I'm paying for it in my cable bill anyway! lol
