DISCLAIMER: This isn't a diet. No sure-proof plan to drop 100 lbs in 10 minutes. It's just baby steps to lead a healthier lifestyle, which in turn will help lose weight, among other things.

Here's the checklist for the week! It's similar to last week's, just a little bit harder!
________ Limit fried food to ONE meal during the week.
________ Do cardio THREE days for at least 45 minutes________ Do at least ONE day of toning/sculpting/weight training for 30 minutes
________ 8 hours of sleep daily
________ Drink 72 oz of water daily.
________ Take a multi-vitamin daily.
________ Eat fast-food only ONE day this week

________ Eat FRESH fruit 3 times this week.
________ Print this checklist off and put it in 3 strategic places to serve as a reminder.

In order for something to become habit, you have to 1) be consciously working at it and 2) do it for at least 30 days. That is the goal of the items on the checklist! Watch and see!
