Many of you may be wondering what happened to the Healthy Living Challenge. It was here and then it wasn't.
Surprisingly, the little facebook status that started the challenge, actually lasted for close to 4 months. Each week a checklist was posted for participants to work through to build stamina, push them to try new things, and challenge them to live healthier.
The truth of the matter is, it wasn't meant to be something that lasted forever. From the feedback I had from others, they enjoyed it and it benefitted them. For others, maybe not.
The checklists are still on the site and can be revisited. I would encourage anyone looking to live healthier to use them. Start at week 1, and each week, challenge yourself to move to the next week's checklist.
If you stick with them, YOU WILL see a difference. Also, I find that even if I deviate from the checklists for a week or 2, I still have parts integrated in my lifestyle where I use them. For example, I still only eat out once or twice a week, and if I eat multiple times, I try and incorporate a healthier choice such as a salad.
Keep up the good work ladies! Continue to strive to live healthier; little by little! I'm 10 pounds smaller and still shrinking! :)
