NOTE: Remember, 20 minutes of working out a day MAY NOT give cause you to drop 100 pounds in 1 day, BUT most people want small and consistent gains, which is how this will help! You can also combine some of the mini-workouts in order to get a longer workout! Try a cardio workout and then a toning workout!
