Healthy Living JUMPSTART!!!


*hangs head in shame* My eating habits have gotten OUT OF HAND lately!!! In my life, it's either "healthy living" or "consistently working out"; never both at the same time.

While in Mexico,I PIGGED out... you know; YOLO. lol

It has been 2 weeks so I've been back, and I still have not gotten back on track with my eating habits -____-

Just when I start to work out EVERY DAY consistently, my eating habits go to the trash.

SO, this week, to jumpstart me into eating healthily again, I am vowing to:
1) Drink a fruit smoothie every morning for breakfast
2) Eat a salad for at least one meal


I'll allow myself one "non-healthy" meal, only because, in my mind, the fact that I'm eating healthily for 2 out of 3 meals will help me have some control on my "non-healthy" meal.



SOOOOOOOOOOOO... who's with me? I'll check back in in a few days to update yall on my progress.

  2. I'm definitely in! It's so hard to get back on track. But the fact that I'm in a wedding in the middle of September serves as motivation!
